What, When, Where and How to Protest Federal
Procurements
May 15, 2008 1:00-4:00 PM Tower
Club, Vienna VA
The fourth in our very popular series of
Federal contractor seminars.
Here's a roadmap of the Federal
procurement protest process,
discussing the working rules,
procedures and substantive and
procedural requirements of the
various protest forums. Learn "when
to file where" - the agency, the
General Accountability Office, the
U.S. Court of Federal Claims, or the
SBA. Discuss the preaward and
postaward debriefing rules in
negotiated procurements. Gain
practical advice on what, when,
where and how to protest Federal
procurements from our experienced
expert!

organized and informative. Tolle
is
great and a true expert." -
