
Jeff Avery
Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary

Jeffrey Avery serves as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary (PDAS) in the Office of Environmental Management (EM). In this role Avery works to enable the safe and successful execution of the EM mission, while providing management oversight of activities, operations, and program integration across Department of Energy (DOE) field sites.
Prior to joining EM, Avery served at Naval Reactors (NR) for over 26 years in various program management, policy, and technical roles. Most recently, he worked as the Director of Regulatory and Security Affairs, responsible for NR program regulatory and policy matters, security programs, environmental affairs and associated stakeholder engagement, oversight of work at the Idaho National Laboratory, and nuclear facility lifecycle management.
In a prior role at NR, Avery was responsible for global nuclear powered ship port entry, nuclear propulsion technology exchange programs with the United Kingdom, nonproliferation and export control policy, and strategic communications. Earlier in his career he served in several engineering and quality assurance roles supporting the Navy’s fleet of nuclear powered ships.
Avery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, holds master’s degrees in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and Business Administration from Indiana University, and is a graduate of the Bettis Reactor Engineering School. He also completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI fellowship program in national security policy and international relations.

Mike Borders
Optimization and Integration Director
Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC, (SRMC)
Mike Borders serves as the Optimization and Integration Director for Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC, (SRMC) which is conducting operations at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, S.C. Mr. Borders’ role is to establish an optimal task order strategy and lead initiatives to drive end state success, throughput optimization, and continuous improvement for the entire SRMC workforce.
Mr. Borders has over 37 years of experience at the SRS in the management, operation, maintenance, and engineering of complex nuclear and chemical facilities.
Most recently, Mr. Borders served as the nuclear and high-hazards operations director for Savannah River Remediation (SRR). In this role, he was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Tank Farms, Effluent Treatment Project (ETP), Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF), and Saltstone Production Facility in addition to Training and Procedures for the company.
Prior to that, Mr. Borders was a facility/project manager and director for nearly 19 years at SRS, and during various assignments he has managed and been responsible for all Liquid Waste Facilities (DWPF, Saltstone, F and H Tank Farms, Actinide Removal Process/Modular Caustic Side Solvent Extraction Unit (ARP/MCU), and ETP) in addition to H-Canyon and HB-Line in Nuclear Materials Management.
During his time in the Tank Farms, Mr. Borders was responsible for bringing ARP/MCU and Tank Closure Cesium Removal (TCCR) online to process salt waste, extending the operational life of ARP/MCU, and applying the new high-level waste interpretation for dispositioning waste to commercial waste facilities. Mr. Borders spent his entire career at SRS, serving in positions of increasing responsibility, which included DWPF Works Engineering, DWPF Startup Task Team Leader, DWPF Shift Operations Manager, DWPF Operations Manager, Replacement High-Level Waste Evaporator Engineering Mechanical Lead, ITP/ESP Operations Manager, H Tank Farm East Deputy Facility Manager, followed by his Facility Manager and Project Director assignments. Mr. Borders also spent time as the SRR American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program Manager.

Mike Budney
Site Manager
Department of Energy – Savannah River (DOE-SR)
Michael D. Budney was appointed Manager of the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site in February 2018. As DOE-SR Manager, Mr. Budney leads a workforce of about 11,000 government and contractor personnel to perform the Office of Environmental Management’s important missions that include nuclear material storage and disposition, tank waste cleanup and management of Savannah River National Laboratory, EM’s corporate lab.
Prior to his assignment to SRS, Mr. Budney was the Director of the Office of Business Operations in the DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy where he led EERE’s workforce planning, information technology and project management efforts and coordinated support service contract and acquisition activities.
Before joining EERE in May 2015, Mr. Budney worked at the Northrop Grumman Corporation leading efforts to win major missile defense contracts in information technology, modeling and simulation, wargames and exercise support, radar, and electronic warfare sensor development. He also led corporatewide initiatives to demonstrate technologies applicable to military missile defense missions.
Mr. Budney is a retired Navy Captain with 29 years of service. At sea, he served aboard four submarines and three ships, commanding a Trident ballistic missile submarine. In his major command, he spent two years as commanding officer of the USS Emory S. Land, a U.S. Navy submarine tender. He also served two and a half years as commanding officer of the USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735B). During these tours, he and his family lived in Japan, Scotland and Italy.
Mr. Budney’s final military assignment was as Deputy Director of the Nuclear Command and Control System Support Staff, performing oversight duties of all aspects of the national nuclear command and control system for the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command. Other shore assignments included the Chief of Navy Operations Executive Panel, the U.S. Naval Academy and the Chief of Navy Operations Strategic Studies Group.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He also holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College.
Richard Burns
Senior Technical Advisor
NNSA Pit Production Operations Team
Rick Burns is currently the Senior Technical Advisor for the Pit Production Operations Team reporting to the Senior Vice President. Rick has 43 years experience in the Nuclear Industry. The majority of this time was spent in Operations and Project Management. Prior to joining the Pit Production Operations Team, Rick was the Facility Manager over the H-Canyon and HB-Line Facilities. As Facility Manager of H-Canyon, Rick was responsible for restarting the facility after the facility was shut down due to funding issues. In HB-Line, the team was responsible for producing the Pu-238 for the radio isotopic thermoelectric generators on the Cassini Space satellite. Rick also had key roles on the Pit Disassembly and Conversion Facility Project and was the Operations Manager for the Mixed Oxide Facility Project working for Areva. Rick was the facility manager in H-Canyon when the Accelerated L-Area Basin De-Inventory (ABD) program was initiated and he played a key role in completing the Target Residue Material (TRM) Project/Program. Rick was recognized by the Secretary of Energy for the successful imitation/completion of both the ABD and TRM programs.

Dennis Carr
President and CEO
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS)
Dennis Carr is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), responsible to the Department of Energy (DOE) for safe, effective and efficient management and operations of the Savannah River Site (SRS). SRS is one of DOE’s largest production sites, performing activities ranging from environmental cleanup and protection, to nuclear materials storage and disposition, including operation of the only U.S. tritium plant and design and construction of three National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) capital projects, including the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility. His responsibilities include providing vision, leadership, mission growth, technological advancement, and a performance-based culture of safety, security and operational excellence at the Site.
A Vice President with Fluor Corporation, Carr has over 40 years of experience in the execution of government projects in D&D, waste management, environmental restoration, maintenance services, and nuclear operations. He has served in a variety of senior management capacities, with Fluor supporting DOE facilities for more than 20 years.
Before being named President and CEO, Carr served as the SRNS Executive Vice President and NNSA Chief Operations Officer. Prior to this, he served as the Site Project Director and President of Fluor-BWXT, Portsmouth, at the $5 billion Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant D&D Project. His responsibilities at Portsmouth included transition of the facility and its 2,000-person workforce from a private enterprise back to DOE as well as aligning the site’s safety culture and management systems to DOE’s Integrated Safety Management System.
Preceding the Portsmouth assignment, Carr was Project Director for the $1.3 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Project Portfolio at SRS from 2008–2010, safely achieving DOE footprint reduction and transuranic waste shipping objectives.
Carr was also responsible for day-to-day operations at the Fernald Closure Project, serving as Deputy Site Director from 2000 until final declaration of closure in 2006.

Dave Dietz
Supply Chain Procurement Director
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS)
Dave Dietz is the Senior Director of Procurement for the Department of Energy Savannah River Site. In his current role he is responsible for acquisitions totaling $709 M. In this role, Dave leads supply chain and subcontract management ensuring compliance, supplier selection, risk mitigation, and delivery to meet program milestones in accordance with prime contract terms consisting of federal laws, state laws, and agency directives.
Prior to joining Savannah River Site, he served in key leadership assignments as Senior Supply Chain Director at Sandia National Labs and the Senior Director of Electronic Solutions PMO at Honeywell Aerospace. In that role, Dave led a worldwide aerospace program portfolio encompassing more than 900 programs, exceeding $480M in annual spend and guiding product realization teams delivery in space, cockpit systems, safety and navigation and sensor products.
Throughout his career, Dave has worked for several defense contractors, including Honeywell, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics acquiring/accumulating more than 25 years of experience in program, subcontracts and capture management. Dave is also a retired Navy Captain with over 31 years of active and navy reserve service.
Having served on the board of the Arizona Aerospace & Defense Forum, his neighborhood HOA and as past president of the Honeywell Employee Veterans Association, Dave enjoys representing and being involved in his community. He presently serves on the University of Georgia Supply Chain Advisory Board.
Dave holds an MBA with concentrations in Operations and Marketing from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He has his PMP from the Project Management Institute Scrum Master Certification and was a Certified Supply Chain Manager at Lockheed Martin.

Janette Gonzalez

Ms. Janette Gonzalez was named Director of the Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) in May 2023. In this capacity, she provides overall leadership and direction for oversight of Savannah River Site (SRS) contracts with a total value of over $37 billion. These contracts cover all aspects of nuclear material disposition and environmental cleanup activities on the 310 square mile site. It also includes a nuclear facility construction project with an estimated value of $2.2 billion, and one of the Federal Government’s largest Energy Savings Performance Contracts valued at over $900 million. Ms. Gonzalez also directs the effective management of $3.2 billion in federal property and provides Department of Energy (DOE) oversight of contractor human capital management activities.
Ms. Gonzalez received her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Program Management from City University. She is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from the Graduate School USA with over 27 years of experience in contracting and 18 of those years in the federal government.
Ms. Gonzalez began her contracting career as an active-duty member of the United States Air Force and has worked for DOE since 2010 at sites including DOE-SR and Hanford. Most recently, she has served as a Business & Management Support Team Lead within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) at SRS.
Ms. Gonzalez is a proud mother of eight and grandmother of ten. When not at work, she spends her time with her family and advocating for preservation of historical sites and volunteers time at the Edgefield Archives where she assists with preservation, indexing, and digitizing of records to make them more accessible to the public. She also enjoys time with her husband and youngest daughter working to restore one of her ancestral family cemeteries from the late 1700s. She enjoys working on her family history and helping others to work on theirs.

Andrea Green

Andrea Green is the Chief of the Office of Small Business Programs at the United States Army Corps of Engineers – Wilmington District. She oversees Small Business programs, offices, and operations in the Wilmington District, serving North Carolina and Virginia. Ms. Green has a passion for building and strengthening relationships while assisting people attain goals. She served as a contract specialist in the Wilmington District since 2017 working various requirement including Architect and Engineering, Construction, and Dredging projects. Ms. Green is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, with a degree in Social Science. She is a also retired United States Army Officer.

Freddie Grimm
Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Integration
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS)
Freddie Grimm is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Integration for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, S.C. His responsibility in this role is to assist in adapting to changing priorities and provide direction to several high-level initiatives, including landlord transition and the development of a master campus plan for SRS.
Prior to his current assignment, Grimm served as the Director for Business Planning and Integration, responsible for SRNS Project Controls, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Program Integration and other strategic initiatives.
Grimm also served as the Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) Facility Maintenance Manager, the SRNL Facility Manager and as the Deputy Manager and Program Integration Manager for the Research Operations Department. He was the Engineering Department Manager for the Facility Support Services Division which provided engineering, waste and environmental, and project management services for SRNL as well as the SRS Central Analytical Laboratory. Grimm also served as the SRNL Chief Engineer. Most recently, he served as the Director of Research Operations for SRNL, where he had overall leadership responsibility for all nuclear as well as nonnuclear laboratory operations.
Grimm began his career in the SRS utility and production nuclear reactor programs where he served as a manager in the engineering and maintenance organizations.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for North Augusta Forward and on the North Carolina State University Nuclear Engineering Undergraduate Advisory Board.

Ashley Hannah
Small Business Program Manager
Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC)
Ashley Hannah manages the Small Business Program at Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor at the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken, South Carolina. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and direction of SRMC’s Small Business Program, and developing a diverse, qualified supplier base for the SRMC mission.
Prior to her role at SRS, Ashley spent 15 years working with small business in technology-development organizations that produced advanced processes and applications for the Department of Defense, bioscience sector, and other industries. She assisted in the start-up of an incubation program and supported a start-up company investment initiative for the growth of bioscience and technology-based small business development in the state of South Carolina. During this time, she supported the establishment of a biotechnology agreement with sister-state Queensland, Australia, and the expansion of a statewide industry association where she served on the Executive Board. She led a coalition representing the state of South Carolina with bioscience industry leadership and supported the establishment of an Industry Advisory Board to support small business expansion across the state.

Jerome Hicks

Jerome Hicks is the Procurement Manager for Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC). He oversees the Supply Chain Management Buying team awarding over $200 million subcontracting opportunities annually.
Prior to his role at SRMC, he worked as Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Contracts Division Director and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Contracts Division Director.
Jerome has more than 40 years of experience as a procurement professional. He began his career as a Contracts Specialist in the United States Air Force, has worked as a Procurement Specialist in support of the U. S. Naval Nuclear Reactors Program and as a Procurement Administrator in support of Facility Operations and Maintenance Services for the U. S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site.
Jerome has received numerous honors and awards throughout his procurement career including the Midwest Research Institute/Battelle/Bechtel Chairman’s Award, the DOE Secretary of Energy Award for Reduction of GSO Balances, U. S. Air Force Pricing Achievement Award, U. S. Air Force Commendation Medal, U. S. Air Force Achievement Medal, and U. S. Air Force Good Conduct Medal.

Ajay Joshi
SRPPF Supply Chain Manager
Fluor
Ajay currently serves the Supply Chain Director for Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility (SRPPF). He has been with Fluor since 2003 where he worked in various roles and responsibilities – from Project Engineer on Power Projects to Fabrication Manager overseeing work at Fabricators Shop, to Regional Director of Supply Chain in Asia-Pacific. Prior to Fluor, he served in the United States Navy as Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) and worked for consulting firms specializing in Geotechnical Design and Materials Testing. He carries a BS and ME in Engineering and an MBA as well as various professional accreditations.
One of the proudest moments was his service during combat operations for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. This intense experience of war taught him invaluable lessons about resilience, teamwork, and prioritizing what truly matters.

Sharon Marra
Deputy Laboratory Director
Savannah River National Laboratory
As the Deputy Laboratory Director, Operations Sharon Marra is responsible for executive leadership and daily management of the 1400 employee, $400M multi-program National Laboratory. She leads SRNL in driving down safety and operational events and assuring cost effectiveness while conducting the laboratory’s critical missions in support of its customers and the nation.
Sharon has over 35 years of experience in engineering and research at the Savannah River Site (SRS) and the materials manufacturing industry, including over 25 years in management and technical leadership. Prior to her role as Deputy Director, she held various Director and Management-level roles in technical leadership in chemical and environmental processing and compliance. In these roles she oversaw the development and deployment of critical technologies to advance the Environmental Management and other DOE missions.
She serves on the Ames National Laboratory Operations Review Committee, advising on operational performance plans and recommending past practices. She also serves on the Aiken County Commission for Higher Education and is a member of the Aiken Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Doug McCrary
Director of Supply Chain Management
Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC)
Doug McCrary is the Supply Chain Management Director for Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC). As Director, he oversees all supply chain activities including Field Procurement Engineering & Materials Access Center, Procurement Management, Subcontract Management, Property Management, Compliance & Procurement Systems, and Small Business Program efforts. SRMC’s Supply Chain team manages over $200 million annual spend in support of SRMC operations and the liquid waste mission at the Savannah River Site.
Doug has over 40 years’ experience in supply chain at both DOE contractor sites and commercial industry. He has served as Supply Chain Director at four DOE contractor sites: Kansas City, Pantex, Los Alamos National Laboratory and Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC). Also, he has been co-chair of the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) advisory council and vice-chair of DOE’s Contractor Supply Chain Council (CSCC). He has maintained various roles in commercial industry with Honeywell International and BWX Technologies, Inc. in supply chain operations.

Michael Mikolanis
Manager
Savannah River Field Office (NNSA)
Michael A. Mikolanis is the Manager of NNSA’s Savannah River Field Office (SRFO), a
position he has held since March 2024. As the SRFO Manager, he leads a team of approximately 50 Federal employees in managing and operating contracts with an annual budget of $2.9 billion, and a contract workforce of over 5,000 people. He is responsible for the implementation of national security and nonproliferation missions by providing oversight of program management, nuclear operations, security, quality assurance, environment, safety and health, and the overall execution of key mission deliverables. He is a member of the Senior Executive Service.
Before coming to SRFO, Mr. Mikolanis served as the Manager of the Environmental Management Los Alamos Field Office (EM-LA) from August 2021 to March 2024. As the EM-LA Manager his primary responsibility was to oversee the safe, efficient legacy waste cleanup from the Manhattan Project and Cold War-era operations at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This included the shipment of transuranic waste to the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in Carlsbad, NM, and soil and groundwater remediation programs. Additionally, Mr. Mikolanis led the planning and preparation for future below-ground waste remediation at LANL with the EM-LA team and legacy waste cleanup contractor. Stakeholder, community, and pueblo engagement was a top priority for Mr. Mikolanis, and under his leadership, EM-LA has enhanced and increased outreach and public participation opportunities.
Previously Mr. Mikolanis served as Assistant Manager for Nuclear Material Stabilization at the Savannah River Site (SRS) for four years. In this capacity, he was responsible for providing overall leadership and direction of activities related to the receipt, storage, stabilization, and disposition of nuclear materials, spent nuclear fuel, by-products, and activities associated with the Savannah River National Laboratory and multiple SRS analytical laboratories.
Mr. Mikolanis has held other leadership positions at SRS, including Assistant Manager for Infrastructure and Environmental Stewardship, Site Chief Engineer, and Waste Disposition Engineering Division Director. Prior to SRS, he served as a Departmental Representative Issue Lead in the Office of the Undersecretary of Energy, where he was responsible for overseeing engineering and nuclear safety activities at facilities that treat and dispose of legacy transuranic waste and liquid high-level radioactive waste.
As part of his vast 37 years of experience, he held leadership positions with Bechtel Power Corporation and the U.S. Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a professional engineer, licensed in the state of Maryland.

Miguel Ortiz
Director of Procurement
Battelle Savannah River Alliance (BSRA)
Miguel Ortiz is currently serving as the Procurement Director for the Battelle Savannah River Alliance supporting operations at the Savannah River National Laboratory.
Prior to joining Battelle Savannah River Alliance Miguel served as a Procurement Manager supporting the Deputy Directorate for Weapons at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Miguel’s Group was responsible for awarding and administering strategic procurement actions supporting the Associate Laboratory Directorates for Weapons Physics, Weapons Engineering and Weapons Production. Yearly contract obligations for Weapons Procurement Averaged $200 Million, with around 1200 procurement transactions. Miguel has 19 years of practice in the field of procurement and has vast experience with both Department of Defense and Department of Energy procurement.
Mr. Ortiz began his procurement career in 2005 serving as an enlisted Contract Administrator for the United States Air Force at Kirtland Air Force Base. Miguel received various awards while serving in the Air Force, including the Air Force Materiel Commands Enlisted Contracting member of the year in 2007. Miguel joined LANL in 2008 as a Procurement Specialist and operated in diverse roles within the Acquisitions Services Management Division before being selected as the Weapons Procurement Group Leader in 2019.
Miguel’s career thus far has focused on operational excellence, while providing exceptional support to partner organizations. Miguel has participated as a member of the DOE Procurement Evaluation & Re-Engineering Team (PERT) and has also contributed to the DOE Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) as the Technology Lead for LANL during the Vinimaya Marketplace implementation.
Mr. Ortiz obtained an A.A.S. in Contract Management from the Community College of the Air Force, B.A. in Psychology from the College of Santa Fe and M.P.S. in Legal Studies with a focus on contracts from George Washington University.

Lisa Tanner

Small Business Liaison Officer
Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS)
Lisa Tanner is the Small Business Liaison Officer for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS), the M&O prime contractor at the Savannah River Site, Aiken SC. She is responsible for managing, planning, directing and monitoring the activities of the Small Business Program and key supplier relationships. She has oversight of SRNS’ Mentor-Protégé Program; a DOE/HQ initiative to assist energy related small businesses in enhancing their business and technical capabilities. Lisa is responsible for managing supplier relationships and all supplier development activities to ensure the successful completion of the SRS mission.
Prior to joining SRNS, Lisa was a Senior Manager at STIHL Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA. She retired from STIHL after 27 years of service where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Supply Chain. Lisa led a team of more than 100 Professionals responsible for all supply chain tasks related to the production of more than 4 million outdoor powertools annually. She presently serves on the University of Georgia Supply Chain Advisory Board.
Lisa served for 10 years in the United States Navy as a Supply Chain professional. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional as well as a Lifetime Member of the Institute for Supply Management.

Corby Ware
Procurement Lead
Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC)
Corby Ware is the Lead over Services and Construction Procurements at Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor at the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken, South Carolina. His responsibilities, within SRMC Supply Chain, include leading a specialized team of Buyers in the acquisition of Services and Davis Bacon subcontracts.
Corby has over 15 years of service experience at the Savannah River Site and contributes much of his success over that time to maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, while continually searching for additional suppliers that may contribute to the mission of SRMC.

Briton Williams

North Augusta, South Carolina
Briton Williams was elected mayor on April 27, 2021. Prior to being elected to office, he was active in business and civic affairs in North Augusta for many years, including North Augusta Forward Community Foundation, The Optimist Club, North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, and North Augusta Arts and Heritage Center.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College and has focused his career in the financial services industry. He was a manager at Bank of America for 11 years, joined Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor in 1997 and became a limited partner with Edward Jones in 2007. In 2004, he was named Small Business Person of the Year by the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce.
Mayor Williams has been an active member of Grace United Methodist Church for 25 years. He is married to Jenny Lynn Williams and together they have three children – Margaret Ann, Hampton, and Banks.

Parker Wilson is the Material Procurement Lead for Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC, (SRMC) a prime contractor at the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken, South Carolina. His responsibilities include oversight of the material buying group, scheduling and purchasing of design components, engineered equipment, critical spares and replacement parts, software, bulk materials and consumables.
Prior to his role at SRMC, Parker spent over 10 years in supply chain supporting Project Work such as the Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Project, Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) Project, and various other DOE, DOD, NASA and commercial contracts.
